The holiday season is here, and your office will be a revolving door of new mothers wanting to take home pictures of their babies-in-utero.

Now is the time to brainstorm ways in which you can celebrate the couples who choose your office over all of the rest. By making them feel special and creating a lasting memory, you will ensure rave reviews of your business.

Celebrating Your Clients Throughout November

Consider a Grateful-Themed (or pumpkin-themed) Gender Reveal Wall

A decorated bulletin board or chalk board that reads, “Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice. We are Thankful for all the Pumpkins in our Patch!” And let your clients write a tally mark on the side of a pink pumpkin or the blue pumpkin. It will be fun to look for a trend in genders this season!

Set Up a Photo Opportunity

You can find seasonal backdrops online to hang on the wall for couples to stand in front of for a picture, or you can go all out with photo props (think colored pumpkins, hay stacks, turkey hats, or winter themed items). Share the pictures on your social media pages with reviews from your clients. They will share your posts and help your business reach new followers.

Offer a Special Package

November is Military Family Appreciation Month

You can create an ultrasound package that includes our Military Heartbeat Bear (and a second Heartbeat Animal to be mailed to the parent who is deployed). An additional option would be to offer an ultrasound card or recordable frame that can hold a picture from the appointment.

Prepare for December

Stock up on holiday keepsake items such as recordable stockings, accessories, and Heartbeat Animals becuase most of your November clients will not be back before the New Year. You can suggest holiday gift ideas as they peruse your boutique.
