2. The button will launch our Help Center. Click on the Chat with Us option.
3. Enter your Name & E-mail

If we are not immediately available to chat with you, a ticket will be created. We will verify that you are the owner of the account we are deleting. It's our way of making sure we're chatting with the right account owner and keeping your personal info safe and sound. While it can take around 30 calendar days to complete, we're aiming to make it snappy. 

Account closure does not equate to the complete erasure of your stored information. We would like to clarify that the right to request account closure is not absolute.
