My Baby’s Heart Beat Bear Who we are:

My name is Purusha Rivera and I, along with my fiancé Sheldon Thomas, own My Baby's Heartbeat Bear. I have a 12 year old daughter, a 12 year old son (yes, twins!), and my baby boy just turned 2. I've been an ultrasound tech for 15 years and performed ultrasounds in an OB/GYN's office until recently. Pregnancy and birth has always been my passion and starting a business that incorporated all of me has been an exciting journey. I'm beyond thrilled to take part in “Small Business Saturday” and would love for your family to take home one of our heartbeat animals!

A few blurbs from some of our “family” here at the office: Hello, my name is Flor Solano! I love to sew and part of my duties here at My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear is doing minor repairs on any damaged animals we receive. I also hand pack all of the incoming orders and when needed, I also stuff the animals for the orders. I love working here at My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear because we all work as a team and it feels like family. I have been married for 26 years to a wonderful husband and have two beautiful children and one grandson. I am from a very close family and we love to spend time together. I especially love cooking with my sister! I am very active in my church which keeps me very busy and very happy!

Hi, my name is Ana Lopez. I have just recently started working at My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear as a quality control specialist. What that means is that I inspect each animal for any defects before they are packed and shipped out. I also am a back-up packer when needed. I enjoy working at My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear because of the happy working environment. I have been married for 13 years and have two children, 11 and 6 that keep me very busy at home. When I am not at work I love cooking for my family. Hi, my name is Susan Farrow. I am the office manager at My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear. Prior to working with My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear I was a mortgage loan consultant for over thirty years. I decided I needed a change and I wanted something that was totally outside of the mortgage/finance realm. I have always enjoyed working directly with people and as the office manager; I am also the customer service contact which allows me to speak with and get to know our customers. I was a Fine Arts major in college and still love to paint and have a passion for cooking.
