A list of the best bath products for your baby
The Environmental Working Group’s website has a search function that more people need to utilize. Did you know that they rate products on ingredients and safety? That’s right! They break it down for us in simple form, making it easy to see what products are best for our babies (and ourselves!). One of the most common questions I am asked is, “What bath products do you use on your kids?” I have spent the last few years working toward eliminating chemicals and toxic products from our home, and with that I have received many messages and phone calls asking me about my bath time purchases. The truth is that we use quite a few brands, as I am not faithful to anyone in particular, and I love trying new products as they top the EWG’s list! Depending on how many children you have, your bath routine may include more or less product than other families, but I tried to include all of things I did when I only had one baby! Now that I am pregnant with baby #5, I’m praying that the bubbles are enough to clean my kids every few days! Ha! Speaking of bubbles, I’m starting this list off with bubble baths. I typically don’t use a bubble bath product with my young babies, but once they are old enough to sit up well, bring on the bubbles!
