1. If you have been told NOT to have sex by your midwife or doctor, please listen. While this is rare, it will only be required if there is a reason that vaginal intercourse or orgasm should not occur.
2. Own your changing body and be proud. You are growing a human, and you look damn good while doing it! Muffin tops, tiger stripes, giant breasts, and everything else is just part of the package these days. Your partner loves you, and is probably embracing these changes more (and easier) than you. Be vulnerable, but be strong. You will get your pre-baby body back later, but for now, let the mama bear out of the cave!

Nervous About Pregnancy Sex?
