    3 Ways to Learn What Your Clients Want in 2023

    You can work on your personal resolutions alongside of your boutique's resolutions this year. Use that winning personality and creativity to build relationships and better your business. Getting to know your clients is important to create a trusting and positive relationship, but also to increase your bottom line. It can take trial and error to find what works well for your business, but there are a few things that you can do to start working toward happier clients and exceptional reviews in 2023.

    3 Ways You Can Learn What Your Clients Want in 2023

     

    #1 Ask Them

    When a client schedules an appointment, consider sending them a text message or email with a link to a short questionnaire. This can be done with their regular paperwork ahead of time, too.

    You can include questions such as: 

    Will family be attending the ultrasound with you? If so, who?

    Do you have any requests for your ultrasound tech?

    Can we enhance your appointment by including a gender reveal celebration?
